Kempron sells to property and casualty insurers and to the claims organisations that operate on their behalf. We hold no consumer accounts and cannot act on an individual claim.

We do not publish a client list and we do not confirm or deny commercial relationships in either direction.

If You Have Reached Us By Another Route
If You Are A Policyholder
Your insurer is the correct and fastest route, and the only one with access to your file. Kempron is not an insurer, a broker or an adjuster. We cannot open, view, expedite, decide or influence an individual claim, and we hold no consumer accounts.
If you have a complaint about how a claim has been handled, your insurer's internal dispute process is the first step, followed by the ombud service or insurance regulator for your province, state or country. Several of those bodies are named on our regulator pages.
If You Are A Repairer, Tow Operator Or Supplier
We work with the networks insurers already have rather than displacing them. Suppliers and service providers who want to be considered for future work are welcome to use the supplier route on our enquiry form. We do not maintain a public vendor portal and we do not publish a supplier list.
If You Are A Regulator Or Compliance Officer
The Regulators section is written for you, with a page for each of six jurisdictions naming the bodies and instruments we consider applicable. There is a dedicated regulator route on the enquiry form, and corrections to anything on those pages are welcome.
If You Are An Investor
There is an investor route on the enquiry form. Ownership, funding and financial information are not published; a first conversation begins with a mutual NDA.
If You Are A Journalist
We respond to written media enquiries. We do not brief on unannounced work, and we do not confirm or deny commercial relationships.
If You Are Looking For A Job
Kempron does not currently publish open roles. There is no careers page because there is nothing on it that would be true. Speculative approaches from people with deep motor claims operations, collision repair or regulated-industry engineering experience are read and kept on file.
