What This Site Collects

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It loads no external resources: no fonts, scripts, images, frames or tracking pixels from any other domain. Every page is a self-contained file. There is no advertising and no third party receives any record of your visit from us.

No account exists, and there is nothing to log in to.

Our hosting provider maintains its own server logs, as any web host does, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Those logs are the provider's and are governed by the provider's terms rather than by anything we do.

What The Enquiry Form Does

The enquiry form on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. It transmits nothing to us directly. When you submit it, it validates what you have written and then composes an email addressed to info@kempron.io, which you send yourself from your own email account.

Until you press send in your own email program, nothing has left your computer and we have received nothing. If you close the draft, there is no record anywhere of what you typed. We never see a partially completed form, and we cannot, because the form has no server to send one to.

The practical consequence is that our privacy obligations begin when your email arrives, not when you fill in a field.

What Happens To Correspondence

If you write to us, we hold your message and your contact details for the purpose of replying to you and of any commercial relationship that follows. We use them for that purpose and no other. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it to build advertising or marketing profiles.

Correspondence is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, principally the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Kempron Inc. is a Canadian corporation headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, and correspondence is handled there.

Contacting us is voluntary. If you would rather not send us your details, the entire substantive content of this site is readable without doing so.

Access, Correction And Deletion

If you have written to us and want to know what we hold, want it corrected, or want it deleted, write to info@kempron.io and say so. Where the law gives you a right to any of these, we will honour it. Where it does not, we will tell you plainly rather than ignore the request.

Regulators who believe something on this site is inaccurate about them are asked to use the same address. Our posture toward supervisory bodies is set out here.

Changes

If this site ever begins collecting anything, this page changes first and says so plainly, rather than a practice appearing without notice. The description above is accurate as at the date in the footer.
